We are glad that you have decided to join our private Online Community and/or members-only Social Club for individuals interested in the Lifestyle with the intention of meeting others with whom they share an association, common interests, mutual purpose and/or similar way of life in a social setting without any pressure or obligations.

 

In order to attend any of our Events, you MUST have a current Social Club membership and be in Good Standing. MEMBERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE and have a valid government-issued ID.

 

By becoming a member you represent and warrant that you are least 21 years of age, and have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions under your own freewill.

We DO NOT accept responsibility for accidents, injury or loss suffered while attending our Micro LS Signature Events. By entering the event venue you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You hereby waive any and all claims whatsoever that you may have or hereafter have against the organizers, volunteer staff members, partners, sponsors and vendors. You hereby release and forever discharge the organizers from all claims, demands, damages, actions or cause of actions arising or to arise by reason of your attendance at any Event. You agree that this waiver and release shall extend to the organizers, agents, successors and assigns and is binding upon me and my heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns any other persons I have brought with me.

By "Joining" and/or "Registering" you represent and warrant the following Terms & Conditions:

 

You are aware and understand the adult nature of our Online Community, Social Club and Micro LS Signature Events, and WILL NOT be offended in any way by the activities that other members may be engaging in.

You have read and understand the Lifestyle Socials Code of Conduct and Rules of Personal Behavior.

 

You agree to abide by the terms & conditions associated with joining our Online Community, joining our Social Club and attending our Micro LS Signature Events at all times, which include:

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT

​

Lifestyle Socials reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone without cause or explanation, as is the right of a legitimate private Event organizer. We also reserve the right to terminate your Online Community and/or Social Club membership at any time without notice or prior warning.

 

• Online Community and/or Social Club membership also DOES NOT guarantee entry to any functions whatsoever.

• Failure to comply with the Lifestyle Socials Code of Conduct and Rules of Personal Behavior is cause for your Online Community and/or Social Club membership to be revoked. 

• Breach of this membership agreement is cause for your Online Community and/or Social Club membership to be revoked.

• Online Community and/or Social Club memberships ARE non-refundable.

• Online Community and/or Social Club memberships are for the personal use of individual members.

• Online Community and/or Social Club memberships are non-transferable.

• Anyone that is caught allowing another person to use his or her Online Community and/or Social Club membership WILL have their membership revoked IMMEDIATELY.

• Online Community and/or Social Club memberships MAY NOT be used in connection with any commercial endeavors, organizations, government agencies, media organizations or companies.

• NO SHOWS: Since we only allow 50 guests into each event, it IS important that you let us know within 24 hours if you need to cancel your reservation so that we can give someone else the opportunity to attend. If you are a no show, you WILL receive one warning. The next time that you no show, your Online Community and/or Social Club membership WILL be revoked.

• After attending your first event, you are considered an active Social Club member. 

• Understand that it is necessary to respect the event venue, as well as other members by showing good behavior, courtesy, personal hygiene, tidiness, safety and proper dress. Refusal to do so WILL result in entry refusal, sanction or expulsion at the absolute discretion of the Event organizers.

• Should you act in an inappropriate or disruptive manner as determined by Event organizers or volunteer staff members, then you WILL be escorted from the event venue IMMEDIATELY, and your Online Community and/or Social Club membership WILL be revoked.

IDENTIFICATION POLICY

​

Event Registered Guests MUST be prepared to provide valid government-issued identification documents each and every time they come to a Micro LS Signature Event.

​

DRESS CODE

We host private, upscale Lifestyle events, please help us keep it that way by dressing accordingly.

 

Both men and women are requested to dress to impress in sexy, chic attire!

This will help you look and feel your best at our events.

Remember, you are dressing for the Lifestyle community in Sin City, America's adult playground.

Anyone arriving NOT in dress code WILL NOT be allowed to enter our Events.

 

Be sure to read our Dress Code BEFORE attending our events. Our Dress Code is set below.

You MUST be “STREET LEGAL" until you get inside of the event venue. After that, wear anything or nothing at all!

BARE FEET POLICY 

​

Absolutely NO bare feet are allowed when walking around the event venue.

​

BYOB POLICY 

 

Lifestyle Socials Micro LS Signature Events ARE self service BYOB events.

Absolutely NO alcohol is sold, stored or served on the premises.

Should you desire to drink alcohol you MUST bring your own with you.

 

• Registered Guests ARE allowed to bring their own beer, liquor or wine onto the premises in the original container, not in a water bottle, cup, tumbler, etc.

• ALL alcohol MUST be checked in. Bottles will be marked with members' names and/or ID numbers upon entry.

• Event Registered Guests ARE allowed to serve themselves.

• We DO NOT allow glass bottles or cups to be carried around the event venue.

• If you have any alcohol left over at the end of the night, you MUST take it with you; we CANNOT hold it for you. All alcohol left will be disposed of at the end of the night.

• Event Registered Guests ARE NOT allowed to exit the event venue with open beer, liquor or wine bottles/cans.

• Event Registered Guests ARE NOT allowed to exit the event venue with an alcoholic beverage in a water bottle, cup, tumbler, etc.

• Event organizers and volunteer staff members reserve the right to refuse alcohol to guests who consume excessive amounts, have slurred speech, are stumbling around or are sick (i.e. nausea, vomiting, headache, etc.).

 

PLEASE NOTE: Visibly intoxicated and/or impaired Event Registered Guests MAY be refused entry at the discretion of Event organizers or volunteer staff members.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS: To prevent impaired driving, Event Registered Guests who appear to have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol WILL NOT be permitted to leave until they have sobered up. Guests will turn their car keys over to an Event organizer or volunteer staff member AND be escorted to our designated sober space, where they will be provided with water, food and a rest area.

PERSONAL COOLER POLICY

​

You can bring a small soft-sided cooler in, but your cooler MUST stay in the dining room.

There will be NO coolers allowed in common areas or play areas.

​

CANNABIS POLICY

​

Lifestyle Socials Micro LS Signature Events ARE are 420-Friendly.

Absolutely NO cannabis, THC or CBD products are sold, stored or served on the premises.

Should you desire to smoke or consume cannabis, THC or CBD products you MUST bring your own with you.

​

• Registered Guests ARE allowed to bring their own edibles, wax pens or cannabis into the event venue.

• ALL cannabis, THC or CBD products MUST be clearly and properly labeled.

• ALL cannabis, THC or CBD products MUST be kept with your personal belongings.

• Event Registered Guests ARE NOT allowed to share cannabis, THC or CBD products with other guests.

• Event Registered Guests ARE NOT allowed to vape, smoke or otherwise consume cannabis, THC or CBD products inside of the event venue.

• Event Registered Guests ARE NOT allowed to exit the event venue with an open or lit cannabis, THC or CBD product.

• Event Registered Guests MUST vape, smoke or otherwise consume all cannabis, THC or CBD products in the designated smoking area.

• Event organizers and volunteer staff members reserve the right to refuse cannabis, THC or CBD products to guests who consume excessive amounts, have slurred speech, are stumbling around or are sick (i.e. nausea, vomiting, headache, etc.).

ILLEGAL DRUGS POLICY

​

Lifestyle Socials has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on the use or possession of illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia, for its Events Registered Guests. One strike and you’re out!

 

ANYONE found to be in possession of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia WILL be escorted from the event venue IMMEDIATELY, permanently banned, and the police will be informed of your actions. The only exclusion to this policy is prescription medication carried in a clearly marked prescription container, with your legal name on it.

SMOKING & VAPING POLICY

​

Lifestyle Socials is proud to announce that we host our events in smoke-free venues.

Absolutely NO smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside of the event venue.

We have a private patio or balcony, if you want to smoke or vape.

Smoking and vaping are only permitted outside and in the designated area.

Please use the ashtrays and trash cans made available.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS POLICY

​

Personal belongings can be kept in drawers or remain in your locked vehicle. While Lifestyle Socials will endeavor to protect your belongings, we ARE NOT responsible for contents stored in drawers, lockers or left unattended inside of the event venue.

​

CELL PHONE POLICY

 

Cell phones can only be used outside on the outside of the event venue, i.e. on the patio or by the front door.

For those of you who are required to have your phone on you, you MUST have it set to vibrate.

If you are caught using/checking your cell phone inside of the event venue, you will be asked to leave.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY

​

The Lifestyle Socials photography & videography policy is simple:

NO UNAUTHORIZED PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOGRAPHY

 

• On occasion, photos may be taken at Lifestyle Socials Micro LS Signature Events BY AN EVENT ORGANIZER OR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER HIRED. We make sure that ONLY willing subjects are in the shots, and that NO unaware subjects are in the background.

• Any images captured or video recorded at our Micro LS Signature Events are the legal property of Lifestyle Socials.

• Images and videos CANNOT be used, shared, distributed or copied without the expressed written consent of Lifestyle Socials.

• ​No cameras or recording devices are permitted to be used inside of the event venue.

• Taking pictures, recording audio, or recording video (with or without audio) inside of the event venue is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!​

• Anyone caught taking unauthorized pictures or videos WILL be in breach of privacy.

• Anyone caught taking unauthorized pictures or videos WILL have their “device” confiscated; searched and any pictures, videos, or other recordings found will be deleted; then returned.

• Anyone caught taking unauthorized pictures or videos WILL be escorted from the event venue IMMEDIATELY, without refund of their event donation.

• Anyone caught taking unauthorized pictures or videos WILL have their Online Community and/or Social Club membership revoked, without refund of their membership dues.

• Anyone caught taking unauthorized pictures or videos WILL be banned from Micro LS Signature Events.

• Anyone caught taking unauthorized pictures or videos WILL be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.​

BANNED POLICY

​

• Being an Online Community member;

• Being a Social Club member; and 

• Attending Micro LS Signature Events IS a privilege and NOT a right.

 

1. If you have received notification that you have been banned from the Online Community, Social Club and/or Micro LS Signature Events -- understand that this IS a permanent ban.

​

2. Banned individuals ARE NOT allowed to attend any event, including hybrid events, co-hosted or sponsored by Lifestyle Socials.

 

3. Lifestyle Socials WILL NOT do business with any group or organization hosting events that has any banned individual on their board, in a leadership position or as a member.
