TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SOCIALS CLUB MEMBERSHIP

 

We are a not-for-profit members-only Social Club operating for the purpose of socializing offline with other adults to develop a network of partners, playmates, friends, associates and acquaintances within the Alternative Lifestyle community.

 

We are a members-only Social Club managed by Lifestylers for Lifestylers!

Our members-only Social Club is by association, common interests, mutual purpose and/or similar way of life. Our Social Club is for the express use of individuals who wish to socialize offline with like-minded members of the Alternative Lifestyle community. As part of our Social Club membership, Lifestyle Socials provides invitations and access to private Events hosted in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Persons under the age of 21 are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from signing up, paying dues and joining our members-only Social Club.

 

WE SHED OUR INHIBITIONS, NOT OUR MANNERS AT LIFESTYLE SOCIALS!

 

Lifestyle Socials is deeply committed to cultivating freedom, acceptance, belonging, camaraderie, connection, fellowship, friendship, community and cooperation within the Alternative Lifestyle community that we are so very proud and honored to be a part of. Our mission is to provide non-discriminatory safe spaces, discreet destinations and private places for everyone in our community.

 

Our Social Club was formed with the purpose of bringing everyone in our community together in a clique-free, drama-free, nonjudgmental, no pressure, safe, warm and welcoming atmosphere to socialize, catch a vibe with their tribe, make new friends, sharpen existing skills and learn new techniques.

 

Our Social Club membership is composed of sexy, supportive individuals who share the mutual purpose of voluntarily attending Events on a regular or semi-regular basis for leisure, recreation and fun.

 

By "Joining" our members-only Social Club you are making a conscious personal choice and accepting responsibility for becoming a member. The managers of this members-only Social Club, volunteer staff members and web-hosting service provider WILL NOT be held liable for your willful choice to "Join".

 

By "Joining" our members-only Social Club you are affirming that you understand that membership is validated by registration and payment of the Socials Club's monthly, quarterly or annual membership dues; and verified by submission of the Membership Application.

Upon becoming a Registered Member of our members-only Social Club you are entering into a membership agreement with Lifestyle Socials and agreeing to abide by the Social Club's ode of conduct, rules of personal behavior and policies as set forth by the managers of the Social Club.

 

Code of conduct, rules of personal behavior and policies pertain to the following: hours of operation, event registration, suggested event donations, online community membership, social club membership, membership dues, loyalty reward programs, non-disclosure policy, consent policy, safe play policy and all other policies detailed on the INFORMATION page of our website. Such code of conduct, rules of personal behavior and policies may change without notice. A copy of such code of conduct, rules of personal behavior and policies are always available upon request.

 

In addition, to access our MEMBERS-ONLY Social Club and attend Lifestyle Socials Micro Signature LS Events a member MUST be in good standing with their Social Club membership, and in subjective good standing with the Lifestyle Socials Code of Conduct and Rules of Personal Behavior.

 

Social Club membership also REQUIRES that you maintain a valid email account, mobile telephone number and valid government-issued photo ID. Your ID will be viewed and handed back to you. Your ID will never be photocopied or scanned. Proof of Age MUST be presented upon request from a Social Club manager.

By "Joining" our MEMBERS-ONLY Social Club you are acknowledging that it IS based around the common interests of consensually non-monogamous, ethically polyamorous and other non-traditional, unconventional or alternative identifications, relationship orientations, sex models, relationship dynamics, love styles and lifestyles shared by its members. The managers of this members-only Social Club and web-hosting service WILL NOT be held liable for your willful choice to "Join". ​

SOCIAL CLUB PRIVACY & NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

 

Please remember that discretion IS a must!

 

• A standing and irrevocable policy of Lifestyle Socials pertaining to the privacy of all Registered Social Club Members, is that upon becoming a Registered Social Club Member, all parties agree to a strict policy of non-disclosure.

​

• Such non-disclosure includes an agreement NOT to disclose the names of those managing the Social Club, the names of those volunteering to help promote the Social Club, the names of other Social Club Members, and what happens within the Social Club with non-members.

​

• Such non-disclosure also applies to the sharing of photos, videos or discussions at any time, for any reason.
