TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ONLINE COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP

 

We are a private Online Community operating for the purpose of fellowshipping online with other adults to develop a network of partners, playmates, friends, associates and acquaintances within the Alternative Lifestyle community.

 

We are a private Online Community operated for Lifestylers by Lifestylers!

Our private Online Community is by association, common interests, mutual purpose and/or similar way of life. Our Online Community is for the personal use of individuals who wish to fellowship online with like-minded members of the Alternative Lifestyle community. As part of our Online Community membership, Lifestyle Socials provides invitations and access to private Events hosted in Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

Persons under the age of 21 are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from entering, registering and joining our private Online Community.

By "Joining" our private Online Community you are making a conscious personal choice and accepting responsibility for becoming a member. The operators of this private Online Community, volunteer staff members and web-hosting service provider WILL NOT be held liable for your willful choice to "Enter".

 

By "Joining" our private Online Community you are affirming that you understand that membership is validated by registration and verified by submission of the Membership Application.

Upon becoming a Registered Member of our private Online Community you are entering into a membership agreement with Lifestyle Socials and agreeing to abide by the Online Community's code of conduct, rules of personal behavior and policies as set forth by the operators of the Online Community.

 

Code of conduct, rules of personal behavior and policies pertain to the following: hours of operation, event registration, suggested event donations, online community membership, social club membership, membership dues, loyalty reward programs, non-disclosure policy, consent policy, safe play policy and all other policies detailed on the INFORMATION page of our website. Such code of conduct, rules of personal behavior and policies may change without notice. A copy of such code of conduct, rules of personal behavior and policies are always available upon request.

In addition, to access our PRIVATE Online Community and attend Lifestyle Socials Micro LS Signature Events a member MUST be in good standing with their Online Community membership, and in subjective good standing with the Lifestyle Socials Code of Conduct and Rules of Personal Behavior.

 

Online Community membership also REQUIRES that you maintain a valid email account, mobile telephone number and valid government-issued photo ID. Your ID will be viewed and handed back to you. Your ID will never be photocopied or scanned. Proof of Age MUST be presented upon request from an Online Community operator.

By "Joining" our PRIVATE Online Community you are acknowledging that it IS based around the common interests of consensually non-monogamous, ethically polyamorous and other non-traditional, unconventional or alternative identifications, relationship orientations, sex models, relationship dynamics, love styles and lifestyles shared by its members. The operators of this private Online Community and web-hosting service provider WILL NOT be held liable for your willful choice to "Join".

• A standing and irrevocable policy of Lifestyle Socials pertaining to the privacy of all Registered Online Community Members, is that upon becoming a Registered Online Community Member, all parties agree to a strict policy of non-disclosure.

• Such non-disclosure includes an agreement NOT to disclose the names of those operating the Online Community, the names of those volunteering to moderate the Online Community, the names of other Online Community Members, and what is posted or shared in the Online Community with non-members.

• Such non-disclosure also applies to the sharing of photos, videos or discussions at any time, for any reason.
