Lifestyle Event Rules
FOR LIFESTYLERS BY LIFESTYLERS
We are glad that you have decided to join our private Online Community and/or members-only Social Club for individuals interested in the Lifestyle with the intention of meeting others with whom they share an association, common interests, mutual purpose and/or similar way of life in a social setting without any pressure or obligations.
In order to attend any of our Events, you MUST have a current Social Club membership and be in Good Standing. MEMBERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE and have a valid government-issued ID.
By becoming a member you represent and warrant that you are least 21 years of age, and have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions under your own freewill.
We DO NOT accept responsibility for accidents, injury or loss suffered while attending our Micro LS Signature Events. By entering the event venue you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You hereby waive any and all claims whatsoever that you may have or hereafter have against the organizers, volunteer staff members, partners, sponsors and vendors. You hereby release and forever discharge the organizers from all claims, demands, damages, actions or cause of actions arising or to arise by reason of your attendance at any Event. You agree that this waiver and release shall extend to the organizers, agents, successors and assigns and is binding upon me and my heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns any other persons I have brought with me.
By "Joining" and/or "Registering" you represent and warrant the following Terms & Conditions:
You are aware and understand the adult nature of our Online Community, Social Club and Micro LS Signature Events, and WILL NOT be offended in any way by the activities that other members may be engaging in.
You have read and understand the Lifestyle Socials Code of Conduct and Rules of Personal Behavior.
You agree to abide by the terms & conditions associated with joining our Online Community, joining our Social Club and attending our Micro LS Signature Events at all times, which include:
Lifestyle Socials has compiled a list of "What's Expected & Accepted" that our Online Community Members, Social Club Members and Event Registered Guests can use to ingratiate themselves in the Lifestyle community.
The Lifestyle community provides individuals with an abundance of opportunities to fellowship with others who orient as they do; vibe with other sexually liberated beings; and cultivate meaningful friendships with like-minded people.
We want every Member and Guest to know that their voices, choices, bodies, limits, boundaries and privacy will ALWAYS be respected at Lifestyle Socials Micro LS Signature Events.
Any Member or Guest who violates the Lifestyle Socials "Code of Conduct" will be escorted out of the event venue, without a refund, and PERMANENTLY banned/blacklisted from our Online Community, Social Club and Micro LS Signature Events.
VETTED & VERIFIED
Website Visitors MUST be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, DL or passport.
Online Community Members MUST be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, DL or passport.
Social Club Members MUST be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, DL or passport.
Micro LS Signature Event Registered Guests MUST be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, DL or passport.
An individual MUST be 21 years of age or older to fill out and submit the Lifestyle Socials online Membership Application.
OPENLY PROMOTED, YET INTIMATE AND COZY
Lifestyle Socials DOES organize, host and promote Micro LS Signature Events EXCLUSIVELY for Lifestylers.
Lifestyle Socials DOES NOT organize, host or promote pay-for-play events.
Lifestyle Socials DOES NOT organize, host or promote sex parties.
Lifestyle Socials DOES NOT require anyone to participate in social activities at our events.
Lifestyle Socials DOES NOT guarantee that anyone will participate in social activities at our events.
Lifestyle Socials DOES NOT require anyone to engage in play at our events.
Lifestyle Socials DOES NOT guarantee that anyone will engage in play at our events.
ANY and ALL play engaged in at an Event is between consenting adults!
STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to OBEY THE LAW.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to advertise, market or promote other Lifestyle events at our events, outside the event venue or on the property where the event is being hosted.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to advertise, market or promote pay-per-view adult websites (i.e. OnlyFans, Clips4Sale, etc.) at our events, outside the event venue or on the property where the event is being hosted.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to advertise, market or promote adult entertainment establishments (i.e. gentlemen’s clubs, strip clubs, male revues, etc.) at our events, outside the event venue or on the property where the event is being hosted.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to engage in solicitation of any kind at our events, outside the event venue or on the property where the event is being hosted. ANYONE who solicits or appears to be involved in solicitation of any kind WILL be removed from the event venue IMMEDIATELY and their Online Community and/or Social Club membership WILL be revoked.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to pimp, pander or solicit prostitution at our events, outside the event venue or on the property where the event is being hosted. Prostitution is the giving or the receiving of the body for sexual activities for hire. Sexual activity involves the breasts, genitals, penis, vagina, anus, mouth, hands, etc. Therefore, NO ONE is permitted to ask, solicit or partake in the touching or any other type of contact with another person’s breasts, genitals, penis, vagina, anus, mouth, hands, etc. for compensation. Compensation DOES NOT require money to be exchanged but rather involves anything of value regardless of how trivial that value may be. ANYONE who solicits prostitution, engages in prostitution or appears to be involved in prostitution WILL be removed from the event venue IMMEDIATELY and their Online Community and/or Social Club membership WILL be revoked.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to joke about prostitution or sexual activity for hire at our events. Since solicitation of prostitution is simply a verbal act of one person communicating to another that they wish sexual activity to occur for hire, even joking about prostitution or sexual activity for hire can be misconstrued as soliciting prostitution. Therefore, any joking or fooling around about prostitution or sexual activity for hire will result in your IMMEDIATE removal from the event venue and your Online Community and/or Social Club membership being revoked.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to do illegal drugs at our events, outside the event venue or on the property where the event is being hosted.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to sell legal or illegal drugs at our events,
outside the event venue or on the property where the event is being hosted.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to possess weapons (i.e. guns, knives, tasers, etc.) at our events, outside the event venue or on the property where the event is being hosted.
CHOICE AND CONSENT
Event Registered Guests ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to participate in social activities at their own pace and leisure.
This includes but is not limited to: games, contests, raffles, themes, dress down and play.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to treat each other with kindness, courtesy and respect.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to respect every person's body.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to always ask for and receive permission BEFORE touching another person.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to respect every individual's voice, choices, soft limits and hard boundaries.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to respect every couple (dyad) and polycule's relationship dynamics, roles and rules.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to always ask for and receive permission BEFORE joining a scene or play session already in progress.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to knock BEFORE opening a closed door.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to ask for and receive permission BEFORE entering a room with a closed door.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to keep conversations to a minimum and their voices down in open play rooms while a session or scene is in progress.
Event Registered Guests ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to alert an Event organizer or volunteer staff member (i.e. host, guest host, play room attendant, gatekeeper, security, etc.) IMMEDIATELY if someone violates their bodies, disregards their boundaries, dismisses their right to privacy or makes them feel uncomfortable in any other way.
PRIVACY AND DISCRETION
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to be discreet and use their cell phones in the designated area(s) only.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to disclose the names of those in attendance at any Micro LS Signature Event.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to disclose the names of those who participate in social activities at any Micro LS Signature Event.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to disclose the names of those who engage in a scene or session at any Micro LS Signature Event.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to audio record nudity, audio record play or audio record in play areas at any Micro LS Signature Event.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to photograph nudity, photograph play or photograph in play areas at any Micro LS Signature Event.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to video record nudity, video record play or video record in play areas at any Micro LS Signature Event.
COURTESY AND CONSIDERATION
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to be considerate of all neighbors and neighboring businesses.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to keep their voices down outside when arriving to and leaving our events.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to arrive and leave in appropriate "Street Legal" attire.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to vape and smoke (i.e. cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, etc.) in the designated area(s).
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to use the ashtrays available in the designated smoking area(s).
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to properly dispose of trash by placing it in the trash cans available throughout the venue, in the designated smoking area(s) and outside the entrance to the event venue.
ON-PREMISE PLAY
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to conduct themselves appropriately and clean up after themselves.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to adjust the music, lights, thermostat, blinds, candles, play equipment, etc.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to play in common rooms.
Common Rooms Include: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom(s), Lounge, Game Room, etc.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to play in the designated play rooms.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to close play room doors.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to lock play room doors.
Event Registered Guests ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to use the condoms, flavored condoms, dental dams, lube, massage oil, toy cleaner, baby wipes and hand sanitizer available in every play room.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to remove the condoms, flavored condoms, dental dams, lube, massage oil, toy cleaner, baby wipes and hand sanitizer from any play room.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to use the squirt pads available in every play room.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to put soiled linens in the hamper available in every play room.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to alert staff if the bed needs fresh linens after their session or scene.
Event Registered Guests ARE EXPECTED to properly dispose of used condoms, flavored condoms, dental dams, squirt pads and baby wipes by placing them in the trash cans available in every play room.
Event Registered Guests ARE NOT PERMITTED to flush used condoms, flavored condoms, dental dams or baby wipes down the toilet.
