Social Club Memberships

1. GENERAL TERMS OF SOCIAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

1.1. Definitions
Social Club membership term duration is 365 calendar days from the date a Member's dues are paid in full, when membership dues are paid annually.

​

Social Club membership term duration is 90 calendar days from the date a Member's dues are paid in full, when membership dues are paid quarterly.

​

Social Club membership term duration is 30 calendar days from the date a Member's dues are paid in full, when membership dues are paid monthly.

 

Active membership is defined as the membership period in which members are in Good Standing (as defined below).

 

Expiration Date is defined as the date on which Social Club Membership is valid through.

 

Upon expiration, all member benefits will be stopped immediately.

​

Renewal is defined as the process of continuing membership for a subsequent one-year, one-quarter or one-month term.

 

Membership may be renewed up to ninety (90) calendar days BEFORE the expiration date, or up to thirty (30) calendar days AFTER the expiration date.

​

Member Status refers to a member’s standing in their Social Club Membership Term, and varies based on the status of their membership dues payment.

 

Member statuses are:

​

•  In Good Standing: Member has completed their initial or renewal membership dues payment and has not reached their expiration date.

•  Payment Pending: Prospective Member's membership dues payment has not processed, or has not been completed. These individuals are not active members in good standing, and their membership term has not yet been initiated or renewed.

•  Past Due: If the expiration date has passed and a member has not renewed, a Member’s standing will show ‘Past Due’ for up to 30 calendar days past the expiration date.

•  Terminated: Membership lapsed more than 30 calendar days.

•  Cancelled: Member elected to terminate their membership by contacting Lifestyle Socials in writing via email.

1.2. About Membership
You are not required to purchase anything for use of thelifestylesocials.com or to join the Online Community. However, if you do not pay Social Club membership dues annually, quarterly or monthly, you will not be permitted entry to Lifestyle Socials Micro LS Signature Events.

​

Only one individual may use the email address and password associated with a Social Club Membership account.

​

Lifestyle Socials reserves the right to modify the content, type and availability of any member benefit at any time.​

1.3. Processing and Payment
Lifestyle Socials accepts payment of Social Club membership dues via the following:

CashApp, Venmo and Square Online.

 

All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Afterpay is available.

 

Lifestyle Socials reserves the right to reject any membership request at any time.

1.4. Pricing
The amount of your Social Club membership dues will be made clear during the registration or renewal process. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your payment.

Discount eligibility is determined at the time of registration or renewal. Discounts CANNOT be applied retroactively.

​

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

​

Lifestyle Socials reserves the right to change membership dues at any time.

1.5. Billing

​​

1.5.1 One-Time Billing of Lifetime Membership Dues

Membership Dues are due at the initiation of the Social Club Membership registration process. Once we receive your lifetime membership dues in full, your membership is considered active for AT LEAST 10 years. Lifetime membership dues are paid only once.

Benefits of Lifetime Membership Include:

​

• Limited to 100 members

• 24-hour pre-sale buying option for Special Events

• Event entry at 7:00 pm for Flawless 1st Friday and Sexy 2nd Saturday (Monthly Events)

• Event entry at 6:00 pm for Temptation Tuesdays (Weekly Event)

• Event entry at 4:00 pm for Wicked Wednesdays (Weekly Event)

• First in the door to select storage drawers and general seating

• First in the door to enjoy complimentary mixed drinks and food

• Includes your annual membership fee

• One (1) complimentary Group Outing per month

• One (1) complimentary Getaway Accommodations per calendar year

1.5.2 Billing of Membership Dues Annually
Membership Dues are due at the initiation of the Social Club Membership registration process. Once we receive your annual membership dues in full, your membership is considered active for 365 calendar days from the date your full payment is received. Annual membership dues are paid on the same day every calendar year.

1.5.3 Billing of Membership Dues Quarterly

Membership Dues are due at the initiation of the Social Club Membership registration process. Once we receive your quarterly membership dues in full, your membership is considered active for 90 calendar days from the date your full payment is received. Quarterly membership dues are paid on the same day every three (3) months.

1.5.4 Billing of Membership Dues Monthly

Membership Dues are due at the initiation of the Social Club Membership registration process. Once we receive your monthly membership dues in full, your membership is considered active for 30 calendar days from the date your full payment is received. Monthly membership dues are paid on the same day every month.

1.5.5 Auto-Renew Billing
Lifestyle Socials DOES NOT offer auto renewal for Social Club Memberships.

​

Absolutely NO automated billing will ever take place.​​

1.5.6 Currency
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

2.1.1 Cancellation and Refunds of Lifetime Membership

Lifetime Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 60 calendar days of a lifetime membership for a full refund.

 

Lifetime Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 90 calendar days for a partial refund.

​

Lifetime Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 120 calendar days, but all membership dues will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

​

PLEASE NOTE:

All FREE merchandise and/or apparel included with a lifetime membership will be shipped after the 120 calendar day cancellation period has lapsed.

2.1.2 Cancellation and Refunds of Annual Membership
Annual Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 30 calendar days for a full refund.​

​

Annual Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 60 calendar days for a partial refund.

​

Annual Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 90 calendar days, but all membership dues will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

​

All FREE merchandise and/or apparel included with an annual membership will be shipped after the 90 calendar day cancellation period has lapsed.

2.1.3 Cancellation and Refunds of Quarterly Membership
Quarterly Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 15 calendar days of a quarterly membership for a full refund.​

​

Quarterly Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 30 calendar days for a partial refund.

​

Quarterly Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 45 calendar days, but all membership dues will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

​

PLEASE NOTE:

All FREE merchandise and/or apparel included with a quarterly membership will be shipped after the 45 calendar day cancellation period has lapsed.

2.1.4 Cancellation and Refunds of Monthly Membership

Monthly Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 3 calendar days for a full refund.

​

Monthly Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 7 calendar days for a partial refund.

​

Monthly Membership can be cancelled at any time within the first 14 calendar days, but all membership dues will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

​

PLEASE NOTE:

All FREE merchandise and/or apparel included with a monthly membership will be shipped after the 14 calendar day cancellation period has lapsed.

2.1.5 Cancellation by Lifestyle Socials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation. You WILL NOT be entitled to a refund in these circumstances.

​

2.2. Upgrading your Membership
Members may upgrade their membership at the time of their renewal.

 

In addition, membership may be upgraded at any time by contacting the Social Club Member Representative at 702-494-9708.

 

Membership will be upgraded for the remainder of the membership term, at the prorated cost of the upgrade difference.

3. NEW MEMBER CHECKLIST

3.1 Social Club Membership IS Required To Attend Micro LS Signature Events 

You MUST be 21 years of age or older to join our Social Club and attend our Events.
